I've never had a login before, why do I need one now?
As a member of Business Illawarra you have always had access to exclusive information and events curated specifically for you, and nothing will change in this regard.
The recent evolution to Business Illawarra sees us become a part of the My Business and Business NSW networks. The shift to uniform branding includes uniform behaviours across all our digital platforms.
Creating a login and password will create an account, or profile. This will make it simpler for you to register for events and webinars in future.
By creating a login and password will also gain access to the services and products available to our members via our wider business network, including My Business, Business NSW, Business Sydney, Business Western Sydney and Business Hunter.
What happens if I don't create a login?
Over the coming year as we transition further into our member-only content offering it will benefit you to have an account with a login and password.
While nothing will change in the short-term with us directly, you'll need an account to access the member-only content and events of our affilliates, My Business, Business NSW, Business Sydney, Business Western Sydney and Business Hunter.
How do I set or reset my password?
- Click the login tab on the top right of the page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Forgot your password?
- A verification code will be emailed to you. Note: that verification code will come from a My Business email address.
- Follow the instructions in the email

I forgot my password, what now?
- Click the login tab on the top right of the page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Forgot your password?
- A verification code will be emailed to you. Note: that verification code will come from a My Business email address.
- Follow the instructions in the email.

I have not been sent a verification code
Sometimes the verification code email hits extremely high security protocols at the receiver's end and cannot get to you. If the verification code has not arrived;
- check your junk or spam folder,
- wait a few minutes, but no longer than 5,
- If nothing turns up in your inbox, call us.

My login won't work and I don't know why!

I'm a dual member, do I need separate passwords?
No, as a dual or mulitple member of the Business Illawarra network, your one login and password will work across all websites.
My Business, Business NSW, Business Sydney, Business Western Sydney and Business Hunter.
Why does the website recognize my email?
As a valued member of Business Illawarra your contacts are in our CRM. This is the secure database of all our members.
We take your privacy and the security of your data seriously. Please view our privacy policy for further information.
Why doesn't the website recognize my email?
If the website is not recognising the email address then you might be using the wrong one. Please only use the email associated with your membership.
